W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. is an American manufacturing company specializing in products derived from fluoropolymers.

The Challenge

W.L. Gore needed a way to standardize the description information in their Agile PLM system. They wanted a solution that was event based, or in other words, automated but could also be run manually.

 

 

The Solution

Zero Wait-State developed feature enhancements of the DescriptionState process extension in order to meet the requirements of W.L. Gore for a solution.

Specialized Bicycles.

Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc., more commonly known simply as Specialized, is a major American brand of bicycles and related products.

The Challenge

Specialized was looking for a solution that would leverage their business logic to build descriptions for their Agile parts. They wanted to include information from their Manufacturers and Suppliers tabs on their parts and they needed to run the DescriptionState from change orders on all affected items.

 

The Solution

Zero Wait-State already had a PX that would get Specialized to 90% of where they needed to go. Working with Specialized, ZWS was able to enhance DescriptionState to add the additional 10% of features that they needed.
