Goodyear logoGoodyear is one of the world's leading tire manufacturers. Zero Wait-State provided Goodyear with a custom configuration application known internally at Goodyear as Gaddamp.  This application allows Goodyear to configure dies via a graphics interface  and automatically create models and programming for machine tools.  This application is used at numerous Goodyear sites all over the world and has been a key application in their manufacturing process.  The longevity of the application is impressive having been in use since 2000 with just a few minimal enhancements.  Zero Wait-State leveraged their programming capabilities and extensive experience with Pro/Engineer to produce a robust application that delivers valauble functionality to Goodyear.

Lifesize is a leading provider of high definition video conferencing equipment.  Their ability to deliver high quality products for a fraction of the cost of their competitors has put them in a rapid growth mode.  They identified early on the need to have "Best in Class" business systems in place to allow them to focus on the crtical issues that allow them to stay ahead of their much larger competitors.  They have standardized on Oracle Enterprise Resource Plannning and Product Lifecycle Management solutions.  Zero Wait-State worked with Lifesize to evaluate and select Agile as Lifesize's PLM solution and then helped Lifesize implement the application on an agressive and ambitious schedule.   Currently, Lifesize is leveraging the application and expanding the number of users accessing the application while expanding capabilities to address quality and integration to the Oracle Ebiz ERP system.  Zero Wait-State's close relationship with Oracle has allowed Lifesize to leverage ZWS to continue to expand the positive impact Agile has at Lifesize.

Cisco is the world's largest provider of network equipment. Zero Wait-State partnered with Oracle to provide an ambitious integration solution to Cisco leveraging the DesignState integration platform.  This solution provided integration to three different CAD data management applications.  Zero Wait-State provided an interface between Parametric Technology's Intralink and PDMLink and Siemen's TeamCenter CAD data management applications.  We integrated these three systems with Oracle's Agile PLM solution via a new PLM API that was being developed by Oracle for Cisco.  Zero Wait-State was able to satisfy the functional requirements of Cisco despite numerous scope changes and an API from Oracle that constantly changed.  Cisco and Oracle resources have acknowledged Zero Wait-State's performance at Cisco as extremely positive in a challenging environment.

Raytheon is one of the world largest defense contractors and another long term customer of Zero Wait-State's.  They have utilized Zero Wait-State's extensive knowledge in data management to facilitate large scale data migration projects.  They have also leveraged the DesignState integration platform to distribute libraries to disparate design centers throughout the vast Raytheon infrastructure.  Zero Wait-State has become a trusted advisor for Raytheon as they attempt to optimize their product development environment and bring all of the separate design organizations under a single architecture.  Zero Wait-State's understanding of data mangement architecture and the challenges of consolidation make ZWS a valuable partner as Raytheon moves forward as a world class design organization.

John Deere is a leading manufacturer of heavy equipment and machinery throughout the world.  Their name is synonymous with reliable quality products. Zero Wait-State partnered with John Deere to develop the DesignState integration framework.  John Deere was struggling with change visibility for parts across multiple divisions and needed an application that could span multiple systems and locate information per Deere's search criteria.  Zero Wait-State worked with John Deere personnel to create the CAD Explorer.  This application allows engineers to search for parts across multiple databases and bring back the information for easy comparisons.  This capability saves John Deere countless man hours avoiding part replication and understanding the impact changes in components will have throughout the entire enterprise.  This architecture was the early basis for the DesignState application that has been deployed  at numerous Zero Wait-State customers.  ZWS appreciates the opportunity  John Deere extended to Zero Wait-State to jointly develop this powerful architecture.
