The Next Revision with Lifecycle process extension from Zero Wait-State is the ideal Agile bolt on for those organizations using Agile Engineering Collaboration (Agile EC). This PX identifies the revision sequence to be used and keeps both the part revision and design revision in sync when change orders are released.
In addition to updating the revision the extension also sets a defined attribute to the next revision value. This allows EC to pre-populate drawings the the future value before they are committed and released.
Finally the extension is capable of updating the design object's lifecycle to match the part's lifecycle phase.
